1.FVOD rights creation and update in Mbank for Holdback Rules Table template and Aggregate days table .
2.The Enterprise Metadata UID field will be populated when the FVOD rights are created and updated from Rightsline to Mbank for Holdback Rules Table template and Aggregate days table .
 3. FVOD rights deletion in Mbank when the rights-in status will be set to cancelled in RL for Holdback Rules Table template and Aggregate days table .
