When you are unable to:

- see full screen and/or forms in Broadview

- scroll up and down within a BV window


This issue is caused by the screen resolution. Please follow the steps below to correct your computer screen resolution and fix the issue.

  1. Go to your desktop
  2. Right click 
  3. Select 'Display settings'
    On this screen change the Display resolution to Broadview recommended setting of 1024 by 768.

  4. Click on 'Keep Changes' – you may have to close Broadview & relaunch it to see the changes
