When you are unable to:
- see full screen and/or forms in Broadview
- scroll up and down within a BV window
This issue is caused by the screen resolution. Please follow the steps below to correct your computer screen resolution and fix the issue.
- Go to your desktop
- Right click
- Select 'Display settings'
On this screen change the Display resolution to Broadview recommended setting of 1024 by 768. - Click on 'Keep Changes' – you may have to close Broadview & relaunch it to see the changes
