- Does the program/episode have Active rights in Rightsline? if not, please correct that.

- Do rights have Broadview IDs in Rightsline? If not, please submit a ticket at support.pbs.org

- Is the episode associated to a deal in Rightsline? if not, please correct that.

If the program is still missing please submit a ticket at support.pbs.org.
