NEW1. The code is added to create a new season in Broadview ,when the season is associated to published series and a new deal.
IMPROVEMENTS1. The code has been improved to use PBS release title field in Episode,Recut-episode,OTO during the instantiation in BV.
FIXES1. The code has been fixed to create School Off Air recording rights-in records in Mbank ,when it is associated to any blacklist media types .

2. The code has been fixed ,to not stop the execution when the standalone records is not associated to the compilation .
