User receives error on Step 2: Funding when creating a new UCC in PF

Error: User is receiving the below error on Step 2: Funding Tab when trying to create a new UCC.

"An error has been logged for an administrator to investigate. Please refresh the page and try your command again." .

Please confirm these 2 things:

1. Is there at least 1 submitted and/or Approved Format for the Program? If yes, go to next. If no, please correct

2. Is the "Create will be delivered as discrete cuts" section filled? If yes, submit a ticket. If not, please correct.

How to submit a ticket:
