Rightsline Single Sign On provider will switch from OKTA to Microsoft Azure AD as of Friday, April 1st. This means that accessing Rightsline from the OKTA dashboard will no longer work. 

Please use the Rightsline direct URL beta.rightsline.com or your Microsoft Office Apps Portal to access the application.

On how to access your Microsoft Office 360 Apps dashboard please login to https://www.office.com/apps using your PBS credentials and 2FA, and then click on all apps.

Your login credentials will not change but the experience will slightly differ. 

The very first time you login to Rightsline after the change, you will be asked to authenticate with Microsoft Azure by entering your email address.

  • You will get a pop up for you Microsoft 365 information
  • Enter you email

  • Once you enter your email address, you will be asked to authenticate with 2FA (Two Factor Authentication). This experience is very similar to when you are connecting to the PBS VPN.
  • On your mobile device, open Microsoft Authenticator and tap the number that matches the number on your computer screen.

  • Once authenticated you will be connected to Rightsline.

Your browser cache and cookies will remember that and will not ask you to authenticate with 2FA again unless you:

  • Log out from Rightsline
  • Login in another browser or device
