The code is added to monitor Rights Subject to Catch Windows from Rightsline to downstream system when rights record are 'Active' and fields are updated. 3. The code is added to delete Rights Subject to Catch Windows from Rightsline to downstream system when rights record is set to 'Inactive'.
IMPROVEMENTS	1. The code is updated to send auditing fields to Mbank from Rightsline . 2. The code is updated to send blank start and end dates when rights are calculated and set to 'Active' in Rightsline .
