NEW1. We have added code to support externally publishing Supplemental and Pledge Break templates.
IMPROVEMENTS1. We have updated the code for PBS Edit Referent type to mirror its parents catalog value only when the field is blank on PBS Edit.
2. We have updated the code for Supplemental template to send its Approx. Length instead of Actual Length to downstream systems.
3. We have updated the code to send Opsgenie Alert when an episode or OTO template is created, internally published, or updated with alphanumeric PBS NOLA Code.
4. We have updated the code to support adding new catalog with alphanumeric PBS NOLA Code to already instantiated catalog.
5. We have updated the code to support adding PBS Edit catalog to already instantiated Supplemental catalog.
