NEW	1. We have added code to auto create new Segment and PBS Edit as children to Episode, Recut Episode, or Composite Episode. 2. We have added new Media values to Rights In, Rights Out, Rights Subject to Catch Up Windows, and Window Rights templates.
IMPROVEMENTS	1. We have updated code to continually monitor newly added Media values for Rights In, Rights Out, Rights Subject to Catch Up Windows, and Window Rights templates. 2. We have updated the code to support removing 'OTT' from Catalog Statuses for when canceling catalogs.
OPERATIONS	1. We have added Cost Center for BV002 and BV Adaptor.
