2. CRs in Betav-2 Endpoints:
- Modified existing endpoints.
- New SNS notification topic defined for File Creation and Deletion.
- The ParentUID is not allowed to update in File PUT endpoint.
- The Dateformat is changed as per ISO standard for all endpoints. The new date format is YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZ[Example:2019-02-21T13:15:30Z]
