Conflicts begin in a “Blocker” status by default; setting Conflicts to a “Non-Blocker” status can be performed individually or in bulk on a single deal.
The process to set a Conflict to “Non-Blocker” is as follows:
- Select the Conflicts that you would like to set to “Non-Blocker” status
- Engage with the hamburger menu and access the Workflow tab
- Select “Set to Non-Blocker”
- Enter a Comment to indicate why the Conflict was set to “Non-Blocker” status.\
- At this point, the selected Conflicts will be set to “Non-Blocker” status.
- If all Conflicts on the Deal are set to “Non-Blocker” status, then the triangle will change to yellow and Workflow can be accessed on the Deal record.
