Conflicts begin in a “Blocker” status by default; setting Conflicts to a “Non-Blocker” status can be performed individually or in bulk on a single deal. 

The process to set a Conflict to “Non-Blocker” is as follows:

  1. Select the Conflicts that you would like to set to “Non-Blocker” status

  2. Engage with the hamburger menu and access the Workflow tab

  3. Select “Set to Non-Blocker”

  4. Enter a Comment to indicate why the Conflict was set to “Non-Blocker” status.\

  5. At this point, the selected Conflicts will be set to “Non-Blocker” status.

  6. If all Conflicts on the Deal are set to “Non-Blocker” status, then the triangle will change to yellow and Workflow can be accessed on the Deal record.

  1. Locate the desired deal template and scroll right to the Blocking Validation Error sign 
  • Search and identify the desired deal template.
  • Desired deal is displayed.

2. Select the conflicts that you would like to set to "Non-Blocker status".

  • Setting Conflicts to a “Non-Blocker” status can be performed individually or in bulk on a single deal.
  • The desired rights are selected to clear the rights validation error.

3.  Go to the hamburger menu and go to workflow tab and Select “Set to Non-Blocker”

  • Settings the rights to “Set to Non-Blocker”
  • The rights conflicts are selected to "Non Blocker Status in RL.
4. Enter a Comment to indicate why the Conflict was set to “Non-Blocker” status.
  • The comment is added and saved to the rights to clear rights conflict .
  • Rights validation blockers are cleared.
