How to add correct premiere date on the alert 

 

There are four main sections for when an episode has 2 events as premiere-

 

  1. Opsgenie alert is send
  2. Acknowledge the alert
  3. Add the correct tag in note section as “AcceptedChannel|SIXPBS” or “AcceptedChannel|HD01”
  4. Close the alert

You got this alert in the slack channel “tno-event-releasedate”

Alert looks like this:

Acknowledge the alert, click on 'Acknowledge’.

Identify from the tags section below which channel event is first premiere.

 

The ticket should have both events information like –

Tags should include both event information like –

Broadview Episode Id like, BroadviewId|655402857 

Mbank Event Id and episode Id

After identifying the correct premiere channel for an episode,

Click on Other Actions

Click on Add Note:

A new pop up will open

Add correct tag in the note section:

Like :

AcceptedChannel|SIXPBS or AcceptedChannel|HD01

 And Click Add.

Now Close the Opsgenie Alert.
