PREREQUISITES
- Deal exists.
- Catalog item exists in Rightsline
| STEP | ACTION |
| 1. | Navigate to Rightsline. |
| 2. | Go to Data Tools. |
| 3. | Select Status Update. |
| 4. | Select Type ‘Catalog Items’ |
| 5. | Select Template of the records that need status update.  |
| 6. | Enter Rightsline ID in ‘Record ID’ field. If multiple records, separate them by commas. |
| 7. | Select correct status the records needs to be updated to.  |
| 8. | Click on Save. |
| 9. | Select Yes on the warning popup. |
