Prerequisites:
- Deal information is entered in Rightsline.
- Series , season already exist in Rightsline .
How to create a stacked episode in Rightsline:
Step/Action | Result |
| 1. Go to Rightsline - Catalog Items. |  |
| Add steps for creating episode on existing series /season. | |
| 4. Click 'Continue to Auto-Create Child Items'. |  |
| 5. Fill out number of Season Container, Season, Composite Episode, Episodes, PBS Edit under each Episode, PBS Edit for the Composite Episode. Click Done. |  |
| 6. Fill out Required Information for Season. Click Save. | Update this step. |
| Add step to associate child episode under composite episode. | |
| 7. Fill out Required Information for Composite Episode. Click Save. |  |
| 8. Fill out Required information for all of the children Episodes of Composite episode. Make sure that NOLA Code is filled out with 'Stacked'. Click Save. |  |
| 9. Fill out PBS Edit of the children episodes. Click Save. |   |
| 10. Fill out PBS Edit of the Composite Episode. Click Save. |   |
| 11. Click on Status on Season. Update to 'Ready for Scheduling.' |  |
| 12. Enterprise Metadata Bank ID and PBS Traffic ID are populated on Catalog Items. |  |
How to update episode as stacked in Broadview:
| Step | Action |
1. | Go to Broadview and log in. |
| 2. | Click on the Program Item icon from the ribbon. This will load the Program Item module. |
| 3. | Click on New Record from the menu. This will load the New Program Item wizard.  |
| 4. | This will load the New Program Item pop up window  |
| 5. | Enter the new episode Root Enter the New Episode Slate # Check Stacked. Enter the new Episode Title Enter the Season and Episode Number Click Ok.  |
| 6. | Enter any other necessary information, such as Category, Duration. Click 'Save.'

| 7. | This will open newly created episode. |
