Prerequisites:
- Series , season, episode have enterprise metadata uid field populated.

- Episode have pbs traffic id populated .

- You have received an opsgenie alert like External process failed to update BV program items >NOLA ROOT .


How to update episode as stacked in Broadview:

StepResult

1. Go to Broadview app and log in.



2.Using the episode slate , find the episode.


3. Now edit the slate and click on stacked.
If you see any extra characters in Root you can remove that too like 'xx' in the end .

4. Click Save.
