1. Locate the desired series or season or episode template

  • Go to RL & searched for the records by name 
  • Desired catalog record is displayed
2. Check the catalog status is 'Ready for external publish'
  • Go to catalog record 
  • Check the catalog status on the right .
  • Make sure it is Ready for external publish'  status.
  • Desired catalog status is displayed.
3. Locate if eidr id was added and correct .
  • Go to records and check if the records have eidr id or not.
  • EIDR id is located .
4. Register eidr id on records in RL.
  • Click on the pencil (edit) of the record.
  • Scroll to the EIDR ID field
  • Add the EIDR ID on this field like this format - cid:eidrid:xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
  • Example - cid:eidrid:10.5240/E7F4-8815-DFF1-689C-E8AA-1 
  • Click Save
  • EIDR ID is populated and send to downstream systems .
